Any other Belle Isle residents bothered by “Leaf Blower” noise? It is remarkable how my beautiful apartment in 5 Island, on the edge of this idyllic paradise can be louder than the intersection of 42nd & Broadway in midday! We cannot control the noise of Jet Skis and Motor Boats on the bay. But we can avoid making more noise of our own. Here is one very affordable suggestion:
