The Standard Hotel and Spa

We shared that Belle’s Isle’s Lido Restaurant at The Standard won a big award at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival’s  for executive chef Mark Zeitouni’s fabulous tater tots.

The taters took the grand prize for best side-dish at the fest Burger Bash. Now we see that Lee Klein, in the Short Order food blog at New Times, has the recipe! Check it out here.
