We’re still waiting for the Fresh Market folks to provide a groundbreaking date and construction timetable for the grocery planned for 18th and West Avenue, across from Office Depot. But they supplied this spiffy rendering of their three-story store, a permit for which was approved by the Miami Beach City Commission last week. We’ll keep you updated.
Right now, it does look like they are getting the lot ready for construction.
